Аннотация
Оценка проходимости коронарных стентов (КС) для исключения рестеноза необходима при обследовании пациентов с реваскуляризацией миокарда. Несмотря на снижение частоты рестенозирования после появления стентов с лекарственным покрытием, сохраняется необходимость неинвазивного контроля проходимости КС. Мультисрезовая компьютерная томокоронарография стала альтернативной традиционно селективной рентгеновской коронарографии в выявлении рестеноза в стенте. Прогресс в производстве мультисрезовых компьютерных томографов позволяет с большой точностью определить и улучшить качество визуализации просвета и структуры стентов. Возможность точно визуализировать просвет стента зависит также от наличия и причин возникновения артефактов, знания способов нивелирования артефактов в процессе постобработки данных и умения правильной установки дисплея для лучшей визуализации.
