Abstract
The properties of the polymer composite materials produced at negative temperatures are studied. The workability indices during repair with polymer materials at negative temperatures are considered. A qualitative criterion, namely, an integral coefficient, which takes into account the errors in each technological operation, is proposed to estimate the workability.
