Abstract
A combined technology is developed to increase the service life of machine components. It combines the advantages of “cold” gas-dynamic (supersonic) spraying and plasma electrolytic oxidation and can be used to deposit high-quality coatings onto tractor parts. The interaction of particles with a surface during gasdynamic spraying is theoretically estimated, and rational spraying conditions are chosen. The service properties of the deposited coatings are experimentally studied.
