Development of the Compositions of High-Temperature Coatings with a High Emissivity Factor to Intensify Radiant Heat Exchange

Abstract

The emissivity factors of Co2O3, NiO, and Fe2O3 are studied in the temperature range 293–1100 K. The application of Co2O3 and NiO in coatings is shown to increase the emissivity factor of a heat-exchange surface in the wavelength range λ = 0.75–12.0 μm and the given temperature range.
