Abstract
We present the results of analytical and numerical studies of propagation of longitudinal acoustic waves in micro-inhomogeneous media with different-modulus nonlinearity and relaxation. The solutions for evolution of the profiles and spectral characteristics of the initially harmonic waves are obtained.
