Измерение почвенных пулов органического углерода, выделенных био-физико-химическими способами фракционирования

Аннотация
Исследования проводили с образцами разных горизонтов дерново-подзолистой почвы (Albic Retisol) и типичного чернозема (Haplic Chernozem), отобранными под естественными угодьями и пашней. Определяли содержание углерода в структурных (твердые органические частицы размером 2–0.05 мм, CРОМ и минерально-ассоциированное органическое вещество размером <0.05 мм, CМАОМ) и процессных (потенциально-минерализуемое органическое вещество, С0 и микробная биомасса, Смик) пулах. В гумусовом горизонте целинной и пахотной дерново-подзолистой почвы в пулах СРОМ, СМАОМ, С0 и Смик содержалось соответственно 38 и 24, 56 и 72, 5.9 и 5.6, 1.2 и 1.3% от Сорг. Размеры этих пулов в целинном и пахотном черноземе составляли соответственно 42 и 30, 53 и 68, 3.6 и 2.8, 0.5 и 0.5% от Сорг. Несмотря на небольшую массу фракции твердых органических частиц, эмиссионный потенциал СРОМ пула был соизмерим СМАОМ пулу с большей по массе фракцией минерально-ассоциированного органического вещества. Предложена методика количественного разделения почвенного органического вещества (ПОВ) на активный, промежуточный (медленный) и пассивный пулы. Размеры активного пула ПОВ устанавливаются по содержанию Смик и С0, размеры пассивного пула – по содержанию химически неокисляемого органического вещества в CРОМ и CМАОМ фракциях, а промежуточного пула рассчитываются по разнице между валовым органическим углеродом и суммой активного и пассивного пулов. В активном, промежуточном и пассивном пулах исследуемых почв содержалось соответственно 1–7, 51–81 и 13–48% от Сорг без особых различий между разными землепользованиями.
