Цианобактерии в гиполитных горизонтах почв оазиса Ларсеманн, Восточная Антарктида

Аннотация
Проведен анализ биологического разнообразия почвенных антарктических цианобактерий в гиполитных органо-аккумулятивных горизонтах оазиса Ларсеманн (Восточная Антарктида). С помощью исследования стекол обрастания методами световой и конфокальной микроскопии, а также флуоресцентной in situ гибридизации показано, что в верхних слоях антарктических подкаменных сообществ среди цианобактерий преобладают нитчатые формы. Для уточнения их таксономического статуса из образцов почв были выделены штаммы родов: Nostoc, Halotia, Leptolyngbya, Plectolyngbya, Phormidesmis, а также некоторые новые и ранее не описанные представители антарктических цианобактерий. Штаммы впервые сформированной уникальной рабочей коллекции почвенных цианобактерий были идентифицированы в соответствии с современными методами полифазной таксономии на основании анализа комплекса морфологических и молекулярно-генетических признаков. Результаты филогенетического анализа нуклеотидной последовательности гена 16S рРНК и особенности организации вторичных структур внутренних транскрибируемых спейсеров рибосомального оперона позволили выявить cреди штаммов коллекции новые таксоны потенциально эндемичных цианобактерий. Высокий уровень сходства последовательностей гена 16S рРНК почвенных цианобактерий с ранее обнаруженными в водоемах оазиса Ларсеманн подтверждает их способность распространяться за пределы отдельных экологических ниш и пластично адаптироваться к контрастным природным условиям.
