Кинетическая оценка способности к биодеградации гельформирующих почвенных кондиционеров в инкубационных экспериментах с инструментальным мониторингом диоксида углерода

Аннотация
Количественное изучение способности полимерных почвенных кондиционеров к биодеградации необходимо для обоснованного прогноза их устойчивости и функционирования в почвах. Предложен новый методологический подход на базе инструментального оборудования PASCO (США), позволяющего регистрировать непрерывные кинетические кривые эмиссии СО2 в лабораторных экспериментах по инкубации композитных гельформирующих почвенных кондиционеров. Выявлены несколько характерных типов респирационных кривых и предложены новые физически обоснованные модели для их описания с последующим расчетом периодов полураспада композитных гидрогелей. Впервые показана возможность быстрой биодеградации почвенных кондиционеров – суперабсорбентов влаги на основе полимерной акриловой матрицы, традиционно считающихся не биодеградабельными, при введении в их жидкую фазу биологически активного компостного экстракта. При такой обработке, приближающей лабораторные эксперименты к реальным почвенным условиям, периоды полураспада как известных европейских суперабсорбентов Aquasorb, Zeba, так и российских гидрогелей Aquapastus снижались на порядок от исходных значений 2–6 лет до 0.1–0.3 года. На практике это может негативно сказываться на рентабельности применения таких материалов для кондиционирования почв из-за их быстрого разрушения и потери функциональности. Внедрение ионов серебра в инновационные композитные суперабсорбенты Aquapastus в дозе 0.1% или 10 ppm в набухших гелевых структурах эффективно снижает их биодеградцию, пролонгируя период полураспада до 10 лет и более, что вдвое превышает немецкий стандарт DüMV 05.12.12 к устойчивости полимерных мелиорантов.
