Концентрация и флуоресценция хлорофилла а в Атлантическом секторе Антарктики

Исследования проведены в 79 рейсе НИС “Академик Мстислав Келдыш”. Проведена оценка удельного показателя поглощения света пигментами фитопланктона и коэффициента связи интенсивности флуоресценции с концентрацией хлорофилла а на различных оптических глубинах в естественных условиях освещения и после темновой адаптации. Показано, что при отсутствии ярко выраженной стратификации вод не наблюдается вертикальной изменчивости удельного показателя поглощения света пигментами фитопланктона. Установлено, что при измерении интенсивности флуоресценции хлорофилла а погружным датчиком, без предварительной темновой адаптации, наблюдается снижение сигнала интенсивности флуоресценции в верхнем слое вод, связанное с влиянием освещенности на квантовый выход флуоресценции.
