Current State and Prospects of Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Nursing Practice

Аннотация

This article examines the current state of the legal framework regulating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the practical activities of nurses. An analysis is conducted on key federal-level documents and national standards that establish the procedures for implementing and utilizing AI systems in healthcare. Special attention is given to the practical aspects of nurses’ interactions with decision support systems, the requirements for their training, and their role in ensuring patient safety when using AI technologies. Based on the analysis of existing regulatory documents, recommendations are proposed for adapting nursing practice to the conditions of healthcare’s digital transformation.
