Resumo
The article discusses modern approaches to the prevention and care of skin in patients at high risk of developing pressure ulcers. Particular attention is paid to the role of nurses in maintaining hygiene, preventing skin damage, and applying specialized products such as EVERS LIFE PRO and EVERS MED. The mechanisms of action of the mentioned products, their effectiveness, application techniques, and examples of successful clinical experience are reviewed. The necessity of comprehensive care is substantiated, including regular repositioning, hygienic procedures, staff training, and family involvement. The paper highlights the importance of cooperation between medical personnel and patients to prevent pressure ulcers and improve quality of life.
