Мультиплексирование микросателлитных локусов (SSR) позволяет значительно уменьшить стоимость и продолжительность анализа. На основе опубликованных микросателлитов сосны обыкновенной (Pinus sylvestris L.) нами разработано и опробовано на семи популяциях из разных частей ареала два мультиплекса из 14 локусов. Во всех популяциях выявлена генетическая изменчивость. Среднее число аллелей составило 5.78, средняя ожидаемая гетерозиготность – 0.641. Выявлена значимая межпопуляционная дифференциация на уровне 1.8%. У всех локусов средние частоты нуль-аллелей не превысили 7.1%. Результаты генетического анализа популяций подтверждают пригодность полученных мультиплексов для популяционно-генетических исследований сосны обыкновенной.
