Динамические поверхностные свойства фибрина

Аннотация
Фибрин образуется при полимеризации одного из основных белков крови – фибриногена под действием фермента тромбина. Динамическая поверхностная упругость и динамическое поверхностное натяжение смешанных растворов фибриногена и тромбина измерялись как функции времени жизни поверхности и концентрации фермента (от 50 до 800 Ед./л). Немонотонный характер зависимостей динамической поверхностной упругости указывает на многостадийный характер формирования пленки фибрина и позволяет проследить переход от разворачивания белка к отдельным нитевидным агрегатам, сетке разветвленных фибрилл, а затем к сплошной пленке. Динамическая поверхностная упругость пленок фибрина превышает соответствующие значения для фибриногена в 2 раза (115 и 55 мН/м соответственно). Применение различных видов микроскопии позволило оценить морфологию полученных пленок.
