Рост и физиологическое состояние микроводоросли Heterosigma akashiwo (Raphidophyceae) при воздействии кадмия, свинца и никеля

Оценено действие тяжелых металлов − кадмия, свинца и никеля на рост и физиологическое состояние рафидофитовой водоросли Heterosigma akashiwo MBRU_HAK-SR11 (Y.Hada) Y.Hada ex Y.Hara, M.Chihara в течение 7 суток опыта. Выявлено, что кадмий и никель в концентрациях 10 и 20 мкг/л стимулировали рост H. akashiwo, а свинец при данных концентрациях − ингибировал. Содержание хлорофилла а и каротиноидов при добавлении 10 мкг/л кадмия и 20 мкг/л никеля увеличивалось, при добавлении 20 мкг/л кадмия содержание каротиноидов было выше такового в контроле. При внесении свинца наблюдалось повышение уровня хлорофилла а и уменьшение содержания каротиноидов. Содержание АФК увеличивалось при внесении кадмия и свинца, а при внесении никеля снижалось. Кадмий оказал действие на продукцию нейтральных липидов: их содержание повышалось, а к концу опыта снижалось. Никель стимулировал накопление нейтральных липидов H. akashiwo, а свинец никак не влиял на их содержание. Наименьшее влияние металлы оказали на прямое и боковое светорассеяние и флуоресценцию хлорофилла а. Отсутствие выраженных изменений прямого и бокового светорассеяния косвенно свидетельствуют о том, что морфологически клетки водоросли не изменялись при токсическом воздействии. Таким образом, кадмий, свинец и никель в концентрациях 10-20 мкг/л изменяли физиологические процессы у водоросли.
