Влияние NaCl на липидный профиль детергент-устойчивых мембран хлоропластов и митохондрий растений эугалофитов

Исследовали влияние 1 М NaCl на липидный профиль детергент-устойчивых мембран хлоропластов и митохондрий растений галофитов соленакапливающего типа – Salicornia perennans Willd. и Suaeda salsa (L.) Pall. (сем. Amaranthaceae). Состав липидов и жирных кислот в детергент-устойчивых мембранах отличается от липидов мембран хлоропластов и митохондрий большим количеством цереброзидов и стеринов. В заданных условиях засоления среды у S. perennans происходило многократное увеличение доли цереброзидов в составе детергент-устойчивых мембран хлоропластов, а у S. salsa – в детергент-устойчивых мембранах митохондрий. Противоположный эффект наблюдался в отношении стеринов: снижение их относительного содержания при действии соли. Полученные данные свидетельствуют об участии детергент-устойчивых мембран во взаимодействии хлоропластов и митохондрий в клеточном ответе галофитов на засоление.
