Investigation of the Dynamic Behavior of the Electric Drive of a Winding Device of a Line for the Production of Bulk Nonwoven Fabric

Abstract

The complex electromechanical control system of the winding device of a line used for the production of bulk nonwoven fabric is investigated. A functional diagram of the winding device that supports realization of a given speed of operation with constant tension of the fibrous product is developed. The basic drawbacks of the automatic compensation system of the winding device of the line are formulated and ways of eliminating these drawbacks with the use of smart technologies are determined.
