Abstract

New techniques were developed for the preparation of spongy materials and hydrogels based on triblock copolymers of lactide and ethylene glycol with various molecular structures. The effect of composition of the initial copolymers and supramolecular structure on their mechanical characteristics and biocompatibility was studied. According to cytological studies, all materials had a high level of cell viability (CV). The possibility of obtaining hydrogels with elastic moduli of up to 4460 kPa, which is a record high value for such systems, was demonstrated.
