Abstract
A sumanene-containing polyarene with side epoxy groups has been obtained for the first time by the sequential chemical transformations of initial polyarene. The latter was prepared by the condensation of diiodosumanene and diboryl derivative of perylenetetracarboxydiimide. The epoxy-containing polyarene can provide a basis for promising negative electron resist for 12-nanometer chip manufacturing technology.
