A Mathematical Description of the Metrological Characteristics of a Reflector Manometer

The operating principle of a reflector manometer is briefly described. A mathematical description of the metrological characteristics of the device is set forth. The structural factors that affect the sensitivity and the basic sources of the measurement errors are determined in the course of an analysis of the mathematical description.
