详细

Acute spherical cavity defects in the distal metaphysis of the femur were created and filled with a mesh implant made of titanium nickelide wire in 15 mature adult male Wistar rats. Analogous defects were created in animals of the control group (n = 15) but were not filled. Filling of the defect in rats of the experimental group was noted 90 days after implantation, but did not occur in rats of the control group. No differences were seen in the clinical picture or pathomorphological or biochemical investigation results between animals of the experimental groups.
