Аннотация
Обнаружение изменений/новизны окружающей среды имеет базовое значение для адаптивного поведения. Путем сравнения (компарации) текущего контекста с предыдущим, живые организмы могут делать прогнозы и корректировать свои действия. Механизмы и структуры мозга, участвующие в функции компарации, пока в достаточной мере не выяснены. Имеющиеся работы подчеркивают особый вклад гиппокампа в процесс компарации; указывается, что выявление новизны осуществляется нейронами гиппокампа посредством реализации механизмов совпадения-несовпадения, или рассогласования. Здесь мы приводим сведения о существующих гипотезах того, как реализуются эти механизмы, какие еще структуры мозга участвуют в обнаружении несоответствий, как они связаны с гиппокампом, и какие процессы этому способствуют. Предполагается, в частности, что не новизна сама по себе, а только та новизна, которая контрастирует с ранее приобретенным опытом, инициирует процесс рассогласования. Анализируются доводы о том, что решающую роль в функционировании гиппокампа как компаратора играет тета-ритм. Тета-осцилляции, вызванные появлением нового сигнала/изменением обстановки, опосредуют механизм временнóй координации структур, участвующих в функции сравнения. При компарации тета-ритм функционирует как активный фильтр: он участвуeт в отборе и пропуске нового сигнала в систему регистрации в гиппокампе. Возрастание тета-осцилляций и их когерентности в структурах мозга, обрабатывающих новую информацию, служит сигналом рассогласования, облегчающим изменение стратегии поведения. Кроме тета-ритма, гамма-осцилляции также участвуют в компарации: во время генерации тета-ритма в префронтальной коре, временнóе совпадение гамма-осцилляций в других областях мозга с определенной фазой тета-цикла может выполнять функцию компарации во время процесса запоминания. Глубокое понимание механизмов осуществления компараторной функции и ее нарушений может помочь в лечении таких патологий, как шизофрения, болезнь Альцгеймера, височная эпилепсия и многих других.
