On the Optical Efficiency of Silicon Photoelectric Converters of Solar Energy

Resumo

The influence of the surface texturing on the efficiency of silicon solar cells is considered. The ability to decrease the thickness of the silicon base at the expense of light scattering in the textured zone is shown as well.
