Стимуляция регенерации костной ткани с использованием костных морфогенетических белков: современные концепции

Аннотация
Восстановление кости после перелома или другой травмы — одна из актуальных проблем современной ортопедии и травматологии. Более 20 типов костных морфогенетических белков входят в суперсемейство трансформирующего фактора роста бета. Выявлено, что такие типы, как BMP-2, -4, -6, -7 и -9, обладают наиболее выраженными остеогенными свойствами. Они вызывают миграцию, пролиферацию и дифференцировку мезенхимальных стволовых клеток с образованием остеобластов и хондробластов, а также оказывают индуктивное воздействие на различные стадии процесса заживления костной ткани, такие как ангиогенез, образование костной мозоли и ремоделирование кости. Некоторые рекомбинантные костные морфогенетические белки, например, rhBMP-2 и rhBMP-7, одобренные для клинического использования человеком Управлением по санитарному надзору за качеством пищевых продуктов и медикаментов (FDA, США), применяют в сочетании с костными трансплантатами для активизации репаративного остеогенеза при лечении травм и замещении костных дефектов в хирургии позвоночника. Поэтому использование уникальных свойств этих белков стало одним из перспективных и быстроразвивающихся направлений практической медицины. Статья посвящена анализу наиболее важных концепций применения костных морфогенетических белков для стимуляции регенерации костной ткани.
