Полиморфизм генов фолатного цикла у больных раком молочной железы

Аннотация
Рак молочной железы — распространенное онкологическое заболевание и одна из ведущих причин смертности у женщин. Важную роль в канцерогенезе играют процессы репарации ДНК и его метилирования с участием генов фолатного цикла. Цель обзора — обобщить существующие данные об ассоциации между полиморфными вариантами генов фолатного цикла MTHFR С677Т (rs1801133), MTR A2756G (rs1805087), MTRR А66G (rs1801394) и риском развития рака молочной железы. Поиск исследований проведен в базах данных PubMed и eLibrary. В обзор включены оригинальные рандомизированные исследования за период с 2008 по 2022 г.
Накоплено большое количество работ о существенном влиянии полиморфизма гена MTHFR С677Т на развитие рака молочной железы. Данные о полиморфных вариантах MTR A2756G и MTRR A66G ограничены. Результаты большого количества работ свидетельствуют об отсутствии взаимосвязи полиморфизмов данных генов и развития онкозаболеваний молочной железы. Результаты и выводы исследований роли генов фолатного цикла у больных раком молочной железы могут зависеть от таких факторов, как национальность пациентов и достаточность потребления фолатов с пищей.
Дальнейшее изучение генетических полиморфизмов MTHFR С677Т (rs1801133), MTR A2756G (rs1805087) и MTRR А66G (rs1801394) с учетом ген-средовых и ген-генных взаимодействий может объяснить индивидуальные различия в показателях риска развития рака молочной железы.
