健康学龄前儿童足部评估结果:视觉评估、FPI-6量表、背屈角度(群体研究)

背景。在俄罗斯文献中缺乏关于学龄前儿童足部的视觉评估与FPI-6量表参数和背屈角度之间关系的资料,这一空白成为本研究的启动因素。
研究目的。评估健康学龄前儿童的足部视觉评估、FPI-6量表参数和背屈角度之间的相互关系。
材料与方法。研究了81名5至7岁儿童(162只足部)的结果。所有儿童均进行了足部的视觉评估、 FPI-6量表评估、被动背屈角度评估,并分析了贝顿量表评估的高可动性数据及人体测量指标 (身高/体重)。背屈角度的评估是在膝关节弯曲和伸展时稳定后部位置进行的。为确定数据分布的正态性,使用了Kolmogorov–Smirnov检验,然后采用了参数和非参数统计检验。使用ANOVA分析比较三组的平均值。为了评估相关性,采用了皮尔逊相关系数。
结果。在所有儿童中,平足的发生率为41.0%。平足组中男孩的数量是女孩的两倍,而无平足组中女孩的数量比男孩多1.5倍。根据FPI-6量表对同一足部的评估,平足儿童的得分为8分及以上,无平足儿童的得分为0到4分。发现临床诊断“平足”与FPI-6量表参数之间有中等强度的相关性。对于 95%的5至7岁儿童,膝关节伸展时的背屈角度为11.4°至34.2°。背屈角度在膝关节弯曲和伸展时的平均差值为24.1 ± 9.5°。方差分析显示,平足儿童与非平足儿童在背屈角度上没有显著差异。
结论。学龄前儿童的背屈角度的平均值为22.8 ± 5.7°。未发现平足儿童与非平足儿童在背屈角度上的显著差异。定量分析了小腿肌肉的收缩程度。
