论证。儿童受伤、中毒和外因影响的发生率不断上升,这不仅降低了儿童和整个家庭的生活质量,还会导致残疾和死亡。通过对儿童外伤统计数据的分析,可以确定儿童和青少年的高危年龄段,明确指标下降或上升的原因,评估医疗水平,并做出必要的管理决定。
本研究旨在评估圣彼得堡的儿科创伤状况及其在2016至2020年5年间的动态变化,以及创伤住院护理的提供情况。
材料和方法。根据圣彼得堡国家预算机构信息和分析医疗中心提交的联邦统计监测表分析、N.N. Priorov国家创伤、矫形发病率、人口创伤和矫形护理状况医学研究中心编写的汇编,对圣彼得堡儿童外伤数据进行了分析。俄罗斯科学院院士S.P. Mironov编辑的普里奥罗夫国家创伤和矫形医学研究中心《创伤、矫形发病率、居民创伤和矫形护理状况》以及联邦国家统计局提供的数据。
结果。从2016年到2019年,圣彼得堡儿童受伤、中毒和外因影响的发生率略有上升。在新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)大流行的背景下,2020年儿童受伤率有所下降。15-17岁青少年的受伤频率下降幅度最大,达到32-36%。尽管2020年儿童伤害事故总体上有所减少,但从外部原因造成的伤害结构来看,与前几年相比,交通事故增加了81%,而意图不明的伤害事故增加了39%。5年间,床位数量有所减少。到2020年,圣彼得堡市的儿科创伤和矫形床位数将达到每万名儿童1.4张,这与俄罗斯全国的数据一致。
结论。圣彼得堡儿童(主要是0至4岁儿童)的外伤发生率略有上升,青少年因外部原因导致的死亡率也有所上升。研究发现,COVID-19的爆发与该市医疗机构受伤儿童的就诊和住院人数减少之间存在联系。严重的高能量损伤越来越多,需要采取更严肃的治疗方法,儿童外伤手术治疗的数量每年都在增加就证明了这一点。新的统计报告表无法查出所有受伤原因。圣彼得堡为儿童提供的外伤治疗仍处于适当水平。
