Аннотация
Начиная с середины ХХ века отмечается повсеместный рост распространенности аллергопатологии, особенно в развитых странах. Большое внимание уделяется изменяющемуся климату и его влиянию на развитие аллергии, преимущественно дыхательной системы. Во многих странах интенсифицируются исследования по изучению взаимосвязи различных погодных явлений, загрязнения воздуха, температуры Земли с течением тех или иных аллергических заболеваний респираторного тракта. Разрабатываются глобальные стратегии по лечению и профилактике аллергопатологии. В данном обзоре приведены данные международных исследований, демонстрирующих отрицательное влияние на здоровье человека и развитие аллергических заболеваний дыхательной системы, в частности астмы, глобального повышения температуры Земли, загрязнения воздуха, пылевых бурь, лесных пожаров, сырости в помещениях и атмосферной плесени, гроз и наводнений.
