Аннотация

Несмотря на достигнутые успехи в изучении патогенетических механизмов бронхиальной астмы (БА), нерешенным остается вопрос о достижении полного контроля заболевания. Понимание иммунологических и патогенетических особенностей заболевания привело к выделению различных биологических фенотипов астмы, основанных на доминирующем паттерне воспаления, характеризующемся рядом биологических маркеров. Роль нейтрофильного компонента в развитии БА широко обсуждается, но по-прежнему оставляет больше вопросов, чем ответов. нейтрофильный фенотип БА ассоциируется с агрессивным течением заболевания, выраженной деструкцией тканей, характеризуется низким ответом на кортикостероиды и, в свою очередь, может быть обусловлен их действием.
