Аннотация
Нарушение эпидермального барьера приводит к развитию сухости кожи и образованию трещин при различных хронических дерматозах. дисфункция барьера развивается в результате генетических поло- мок, либо изменений восполнения липидной прослойки, либо повреждения белков плотных контактов. в статье рассматриваются различные нарушения эпидермального барьера при экземе и псориазе, которые диктуют необходимость включать в терапию данных заболеваний защитные и увлажняющие средства, восстанавливающие барьерную функцию кожи. приводится собственный опыт использования крема и бальзама Барьедерм в комплексной терапии тилотической и дисгидротической экземы, ладонно-подо- швенного псориаза.
