Аннотация
Солнечная крапивница представляет собой относительно редкий фотодерматоз, провоцируемый видимым светом или ультрафиолетовым-А излучением. Диагностика заболевания основывается преимущественно на данных анамнеза и фототестирования. Профилактические мероприятия должны быть направлены на предупреждение и ограничение контакта с излучением соответствующей части спектра, в том числе с использованием защитных мазей и кремов, а при наличии симптомов предпочтительным является назначение неседативных антигистаминных препаратов, при необходимости - в повышенной дозе; альтернативные методы лечения могут быть рассмотрены при недостаточной эффективности антигистаминных средств.
