Аннотация
Проведен анализ современной литературы по иммунологическим аспектам патофизиологии бронхиальной астмы (БА). Описана взаимосвязь врожденного и приобретенного иммунитета при БА, участие различных интерлейкинов и клеток иммунной системы в развитии воспаления при БА. Обосновывается возможность создания новых молекул с потенциалом лечебных средств для терапии БА.
