慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者的急性髓系白血病:(临床病例)诊断挑战

很少有报告涉及慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)和急性髓细胞白血病(AML)在同一患者中共存的情况,而这种现象经常是由化疗药物导致的。癌症患者的血液参数变化可能被解释为疾病进展或与积极治疗相关的医源性影响,从而导致诊断延迟。在本文中,我们呼吁大家留意AML在CLL患者中的进展及对其诊断的挑战。
