СЕМЕЙСТВО MYC ГЕНОВ В СОЛИДНО-ПСЕВДОПАПИЛЛЯРНОЙ ОПУХОЛИ ПОДЖЕЛУДОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Аннотация
В работе проведено изучение молекулярных нарушений генов c-Myc и N-Myc в солидно-псевдопапиллярной опухоли поджелудочной железы. Исследованы 24 образца опухолей полученных от 21 больного, из них: 19 первичных, 1 рецидивная, 4 метастаза. Флуоресцентная гибридизация in situ была проведена с использованием локусспецифических ДНК-проб (молекулярных зондов) к локусам 2p24, 6q23, 8q24 фирмы «Vysis, Abbott Laboratories Inc», США Показано, что амплификация гена N-Myc в солидно-псевдопапиллярной опухоли может быть еще одним подтверждением ее нейрогенного происхождения.
