ДИЛАТАЦИОННАЯ КАРДИОМИОПАТИЯ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ВЗГЛЯД НА ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЕ

Аннотация
Дилатационная кардиомиопатия - первичное поражение миокарда вследствие различных причин, характеризующееся выраженным расширением камер сердца и снижением систолической и диастолической функций. Среди этиологических причин на первое место следует отнести генетическую предрасположенность. Диагностика заболевания предусматривает выявление специфических изменений при ЭхоКГ и исключение иных причин сердечной недостаточности. Терапия носит симптоматический характер. Такие вопросы как прогнозирование заболевания, улучшение выживаемости, патогенетическая терапия, еще ждут своего решения.
