Эндопротезирование при последствиях туберкулезного коксита

The results of endoprosthetics of 39 patients with consequences of tuberculosis coxitis are analyzed. The unipolar cervicocapital prosthesis in femur head destruction is used in 18 patients, total endoprosthetics by Poldy—Beznosk's endoprostheses (Chekhiya) is used in 21 patients. The antituberculous therapy is performed during 2—6 months with obligatory clinicoroentgenologic control in 28 cases after histologic verification of the diagnosis, and in 4 cases in connection with process activity using one drug. Endoprosthetics of the coxofemoral joint after tuberculosis coxitis is a perspective operation, but the careful examination of patients is required before the operation to reveal latent tuberculosis process.
