Роль классических факторов риска остеоартрита коленного сустава при односторонней транстибиальной ампутации

Аннотация
Цель исследования — изучить литературные сведения о классических факторах риска остеоартрита коленного сустава и их возможной роли в развитии данной патологии у пациентов с односторонней транстибиальной ампутацией с позиции потенциальных реабилитационных перспектив. Проведён поиск публикаций по исследуемой проблеме в базах данных PubMed Национального центра биотехнологической информации США, на сайте издательства Elsevier. Общепризнано, что факторы повышенного риска остеоартрита коленного сустава — пожилой возраст, женский пол, слабость мышц нижних конечностей, низкая или чрезмерная физическая активность, избыточная масса тела, травма коленного сустава или операция в анамнезе, хроническая боль в колене. Перечисленные факторы характерны для популяции инвалидов с односторонней транстибиальной ампутацией, что в сочетании со специфическими механическими факторами делает данный контингент особенно уязвимым в отношении развития и прогрессирования остеоартрита. Программы, направленные на устранение модифицируемых факторов риска развития остеоартрита коленного сустава, могут способствовать сохранению функций коленного сустава в долгосрочной перспективе и улучшению качества жизни инвалидов после односторонней транстибиальной ампутации. Для этого необходима слаженная работа мультидисциплинарной команды, а также участие самих инвалидов. Выявление и управление потенциально изменяемыми классическими факторами риска развития остеоартрита коленного сустава — одно из перспективных направлений реабилитации инвалидов с односторонней транстибиальной ампутацией.
