Abstract
The peculiarities of metabolic and oxidation — reduction processes as well as energoplastic metabolism during physiologic course of gestation in unfavourable écologie conditions are studied. It is established that in ecologically unfavourable region during physiologic pregnancy general degydrogenase activity of blood plasma increases, cell membranes are packed, general protein level increases. The decrease of general degydrogenase activity of blood plasma with the increase of pregnancy length, rarefaction of membranes, the reduction of relation coefficient of malate dehydrogenase and lactate degydrogenase activity, the increase of combined quantity relationship of reduced and oxidated equivalents can be considered to be biomarkers of physiologic pregnancy transfer to pathologic.
