Abstract

The studies were carried out in 275 people. The antigen was prepared from the gastric mucosa of a practically healthy person who died as a result of trauma. The separated mucosa was washed, homogenized in a mixture with saline in a ratio of 1: 10, frozen and thawed three times, after which it was centrifuged and the supernatant was sterilized by passing through Seitz filters. The bacteriological control of the antigen was carried out at the Kazan Scientific Research Institute of Electrometry. The antigen was standardized by protein.
