Abstract
The history of medicine over the last century shows us that alongside the newly established wonderful principles of treatment and the introduction of a number of valuable medicines, a new direction in therapy appeared. This is due to desire to dispose of the forces of nature itself in the interests of health, a desire to take advantage of those natural agents which, like air, water and light, were eternal companions of life and their healing value was much more appreciated in ancient times.
