Abstract
The author received the patient on the 6th day after the disease - an operation was immediately undertaken, in which it turned out that colon as cendens had a long mesentery and twisted 1 1/2 times around its axis, the coessin and appendix were located in the hypochondrium sin, colon transversum has in its middle a cicatricial contraction and is attracted by this area to the spine. Made by anus praeternat. At the end of the operation, the patient died.
