The review is devoted to analysis of current knowledge about co-cultivation of human embryos with endometrial cells. The role of signaling molecules for regulation of implantation as well as embryo development is discussed. The special attention takes to the methodological aspects of cocultivation, which are promising for in vitro fertilization
