Аннотация

С целью определить степень защиты эндометрия при приеме 17р-эстрадиола в комбинации с дидрогестероном были обследованы 2 группы здоровых женщин в постменопаузальном возрасте. Женщины I группы (650 пациенток, группа с низкой дозой) сочетали 17р-эстрадиол (1 мг в день) с дидрогестероном в дозе 2,5; 5; 10 или 20 мг вдень, женщины II группы (310 пациенток, группа с высокой дозой) принимали 17р-эстрадиол (2 мг) в комбинации с дидрогестероном 2,5; 5; 10 или 15 мг в день.
Результаты исследования верифицировались с помощью аспирационной биопсии эндометрия. Неадекватной прогестационной реакцией считались такие состояния как эндометриоидный полип, гиперплазия и карцинома.
Анализ показал, что наименьшей дозой дидрогестерона, необходимой для защиты эндометрия, является доза 5 мг в день в сочетании с 1 или 2 мг 17р-эстрадиола.
