Аннотация
В течение трех лет (1996-1999 гг.) в наш Центр обратилось всего 266 женщин репродуктивного возраста, желающих стать донорами яйцеклеток. В результате проведенного двухэтапного отбора в “Банк доноров яйцеклеток” было принято только 45 женщин в возрасте от 20 до 33 лет. С целью изучения ответа яичников на гонадотропную стимуляцию у здоровых женщин с нормальной репродуктивной функцией нами были проанализированы результаты индукции суперовуляции в группе из 14 доноров, которые впервые участвовали в программе. В качестве группы сравнения методом случайной выборки были отобраны 14 женщин, которым проводилась первая попытка ЭКО в связи с трубной формой вторичного бесплодия.
В результате проведенного сравнительного анализа не было обнаружено статистически достоверных отличий в продолжительности гонадотропной стимуляции, общей дозе ЧМГ, количестве фолликулов, ооцитов и эмбрионов и частоте развития синдрома гиперстимуляции яичников (СГЯ).
