Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются дискуссионные вопросы, связанные с преждевременными родами. Представлены сведения о частоте преждевременных родов в мире, перинатальной заболеваемости, смертности и отдаленных последствиях у недоношенных детей. Рассмотрены вопросы патогенеза, ведения и обезболивания преждевременных родов, этические вопросы реанимации и выхаживания глубоко недоношенных детей
