Аннотация

Независимо от причины, приводящей к спаечному процессу, перитонеальные спайки являются основной причиной тазовых болей, бесплодия и недостаточности функции яичников. Несмотря на продолжающееся изучение патофизиологических механизмов развития спаечного процесса, многочисленные попытки определения подходов к эффективным и целенаправленным методам профилактики спаечной болезни не дают ожидаемых результатов. Достижения в области молекулярной биологии привели к идентификации многих биологически активных молекул, регулирующих воспалительные реакции, ангиогенез и реконструкцию тканей, которые имеют решающее значение для нормального перитонеального заживления ран или развития тканевого фиброза.
