Abstract

We analized the dates of investigations, concerning clinical and hormone status of 73 patients with acne vulgaris. It was revealed the reliable positive correlative connection between the type of seborrhea, the level of intensity of clinical picture and the level of serum progestogen, not depending from the age and constitution. The main factor in pathogenesis of acne vulgaris is the disturbances of progestogen production in the second phase of the menstrual cycle. This disturbance determine the type of seborrhea and the weight of clinical picture. The complementary factor in the development of seborrhea in the hyperfunction of androgens. We recommend the revealed pattern to use in choosing the correction patients hormone phone.
