Abstract
On May 6 of this year, an emaciated patient, 57 years old, was admitted to the gynecological department of the Obukhov hospital with complaints of pain in the lower abdomen and profuse fetid discharge from the vagina; 4 years ago, in view of the prolapse of the uterus, she was introduced to the uterine ring, which she did not take out, and during the last two years she had a bad smell and sometimes ate blood.
