Молекулярно-генетические методы анализа хищничества среди насекомых в агроценозах

Аннотация
Проблема определения количественных отношений хищников и жертв среди насекомых в агроценозах стала актуальной при разработке методов биорационального контроля. Многие виды насекомых не могут исследоваться традиционными методами из-за особенностей их поведения и жизненной формы, поэтому рекомендуется использовать методы анализа содержимого кишечника хищников. Приводится сравнение двух методов анализа (полимеразная цепная реакция (ПЦР ) и серологический анализ). Описано планирования эксперимента при ПЦР -анализе и рассмотрены дополнительные возможности ПЦР -анализа.
