Аннотация
В последние годы происходит быстрое развитие представлений о прионах низших эукариот (прежде всего, дрожжей) - наследственных детерминантах белковой природы. Спектр дрожжевых белков, для которых доказано существование прионной формы in vivo, а также фенотипическое проявление прионов, позволяют предполагать, что прионизация белков может использоваться как эпигенетический механизм, регулирующий приспособленность отдельной клетки и популяции в целом к условиям существования.
