ЧАСТОТЫ АЛЕЛЕЙ РИСКА НЕКОТОРЫХ ГЕНОВ, КОНТРОЛИРУЮЩИХ РАЗВИТИЕ АУТОИМУННЫХ ПАТОЛОГИЙ, В БЕЛОРУССКОЙ ПОПУЛЯЦИИ

Аннотация
Определены популяционные частоты генотипов и аллелей +49A/G гена цитотоксического антигена Т-лимфоцитов 4 (CTLA4); -1858C/T гена тирозиновой фосфатазы лимфоцитов (PTPN22) и -23HphIА/T гена инсулина (INS) у этнических белорусов шести этногеографических регионов. Частота гомозиготных носителей аллелей риска составила: +49G гена CTLA4 - 17,3 %; -23HphIА гена инсулина - 50,7 % и -1858T гена PTPN22 - 4,1 %. Гомозиготный генотип риска по всем трем локусам выявлен у 5 человек из 662 обследованных, гомозиготная комбинация протективных аллелей обнаружена у 21 человека. Показана однородность распределения аллелей и генотипов исследованных локусов по территории Беларуси.
